20% restocking fee on all returns, items must be returned undamaged in original box, buyer is responsible for original & return shipping. Acid testing directly on jewelry & the use of heat or ultra-sonic cleaners voids refunds. Insurance included in S&H. Abuse of refunds, returns, buyer protection,& charge backs will be reported. Legal action will be taken for liable & slander. 50% restocking fee on custom orders.
